Took my rider to ptc small engine filled out the paperwork and my contact number and did not hear back from them For 2 weeks I called several times and finally went up there. He said he had no record of me but had just had some employees issues and need be to go into his yard to identify my tractor. 2 weeks later he called said it was ready $750 and it only cuts in high 3 and 4 and will not engage in low 1 and 2. So six plus weeks and $750 I six didn’t have a working mower. Save yourself time and money do not go there

Waist of time. Not there, and when I called he said he was not accepting new work for a couple months! It's spring time when everyone needs something! He should have caught up in winter.
