HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time. With today’s technology, there’s no reason that an urgent response takes 3+ days (if they ever respond). They didn’t even bother responding to my mother about the wrong prescription they filled. They don’t care. Find somewhere else to go! Urgent care takes better care of their patients than this practice. 🤮
Absolutely terrible. I don’t know how they even stay open. Don’t waste your time! They could care less about their patients. Good luck finding anywhere that actually does. Urgent Care has been the only place that has cared about me over the last 6 years. Pretty sad. Hopefully they’ll be out of business soon because they’re worthless.
It is impossible to speak to anyone anymore since they insist on literally everything being done via MyChart. It's been bad for a while, but has gone downhill even further since Dr. Gorman retired. I don't believe that he would have put up with this foolishness. Look elsewhere for a doctor.
Office staff doesn't have it together. I made an appointment on their web site and it made a video appointment for the following Monday afternoon at 1:15. That Monday morning I received a voice message saying that appointment was cancelled. Due to the fact I was a new patient. I was really a returning patient from a few years ago. I called the office. This doctors office is unprofessional and completely incompetent. If you need your prescriptions on time or are expecting a professional staff, you should look elsewhere.
