Never showed up to a job that the owner scheduled.
I was promised the very best in sod quality, but once it arrived it was mostly garbage. It took three years for the sod to look it's best and that took a lot of work as well. They used a sod broker, so they have no responsibility. I was told that I had to except the sod or he would walk off the project leaving me with a torn up lawn. He even went as far as saying if I didn't except the sod a lien would be placed on my house. Not knowing the laws, I went forward with the project.
