I was seen by the NP Archie Pearson. He was the nicest medical provider I have ever encountered. Very knowledgeable, he took so much time with me. Explained everything so I could understand it and he was just all around extremely pleasant and nice. The facility is professional and the support personnel are as well. Especially Gracie. She is a sweetheart.
Great doctor
I started coming to this practice because I needed clearance for bariatric surgery. From day one the entire staff has been kind, supportive and encouraging. But I do want to highlight Ms. Evie, the Echo technician. She is the nicest professional and her bedside manner is 5 out of 5 stars. Having checkups on your heart can be stressful enough but having someone like her walking you through it…. It’s greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
I've read god as well as bad reviews on here. I can't speak on everyone else but only my personal experience. The staff here is very professional and they have treated me with the best treatment. I love the fact that the doctor reach out to you himself to take the time to listen and explain to you his concerns and care plans.
Providers are great but this practice consistently runs 30+ minutes behind schedule and does not inform their patients ahead of time. So, if I were to arrive 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment they would be charging me a late fee for wasting their time. But, if they waste my time it’s no big deal and I’m out of luck. Absolutely unacceptable. I will give you a 15 minute grace period but outside of that if you’re unable to see me then you should be notifying me WELL IN ADVANCE to be respectful of my time as well.
