This builder deserves a 0 and nothing more. Whatever you do it’s not worth going with this builder or their lenders. Save your money, your sanity, your time and your future investment on integrity and quality. We’ve worked with a pop up home builder before and it was a “Lower grade” home and it was built better than this crap. Company builder is very unprofessional and some of their contractors are very unprofessional. The builder does not check over contractor work nor ensures quality work is being done. Oh if you want something fixed that the company messed up even if it’s covered by warranty good luck. They also build some houses cheaper and with more defects than others so pay super close attention. Would not recommend buying from them if you can avoid it.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. It pained me to have to give them even one star. This company takes no pride in their workmanship. For an almost half a million dollar house, you would think they would. The subcontractors apparently thought it would be funny to nail a cigarette to the wall, and then come back after we complained about it and paint over it. If you want a bad house with even worse response to maintenance claims, PBG is the company for you. Room temperature water delivered at terrible pressure and standing water in your yard are just a few of the features you'll experience. I regret ever dealing with them. I would report them to BBB, but they aren't accredited. Buyer beware.
