This builder deserves a 0 and nothing more. Whatever you do it’s not worth going with this builder or their lenders. Save your money, your sanity, your time and your future investment on integrity and quality. We’ve worked with a pop up home builder before and it was a “Lower grade” home and it was built better than this crap.
