Very considerate with communication and telling you status of your bike repair. There was some extra work needed to repair my bike. The staff kept me very well informed. I appreciated the good service.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this bike store when I brought in my child's bike for minor repairs. The bike only needed a couple of screws tightened and air in the tires—simple fixes that should have been quick and inexpensive. Upon arrival, a young employee assessed the bike and quoted me $50 for the service. While I reluctantly agreed, I found the price exorbitant for such minimal work.
