Had a “stuck” a shifter. Tim diagnosed it, fixed it, and checked several other parts of the bike. Had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Great service!
Good service, knowledgeable and friendly. Certified Specialized mechanics, but much less expensive than the big name bougie shop on the beltline

Got a bike from them that is still great. The front tire blew up because I was on some very bumpy roads for some time and they fixed in a matter of minutes. Very satisfactory and efficient service.
The employee was very helpful and patient. He went above and beyond, installing my spd cleats and removing the Peloton cleats.
