Team is knowledgeable and friendly but need to work on their communication. I took my bike in for a tune up as part of the lifetime tuneup warranty that comes with purchasing a bike. When I came to pick it up they informed they had done additional work that I was charged for. If additional work needs to be done they need to ask for approval before doing the work and charging for it. Left a bad taste in my mouth from the interaction
Came in to fix an issue with a tube leaking. The team at the front desk promptly identified my problem and had my tire repaired in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service.
