Do not use these people they are frauds and scammers. I rarely open up my insurance app and I randomly did one day to find out. They have been charging me extra every month for the last 3 to 4 months and put a random person on my coverage that I don’t even know!!!! I am looking into legal action to get my money back from them. This is Fraud at its highest level. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
Very poor customer service. I called today to get a quote on some auto insurance and the ladies was very unprofessional. She couldn't pronounce my name right and after I explain to her how to pronounce it she still tried to call me Kevin 😂 I don't have time for that BS when I'm about to spend $1700 for insurance, so I gladly took my business to a professional agent.
Save the hassle and just go through a real insurance company. Peachstate is essentially just the middle man, they’ll set your account/ policy up and tell you one thing then you find out otherwise from the actual company that the policy is underwritten to. Nuyba is dishonest and rude set my account up and was told a specific amount, got my first bill and monthly payments are significantly higher and don’t match, called stating that my policy is getting canceled due to non payment when I set up autopay through her with my acco... read more
