I don’t know which receptionist it is that they have calling potential patients about appointments, (9/26/23 9:30am) but she was extremely rude. Not to mention she wasn’t even calling from the correct office. I’m receiving services in Sacramento, I shouldn’t be called from Marysville. Maybe customer service isn’t for her? I wouldn’t go to that office if I lived there.
