They were very nice and accommodating moving my furniture to a storage unit. When I started moving it out of storage to my home I noticed that five of the six casters on my bed frame were missing, they put everything that was not in a sealed box in an extra large open box including bridge chairs, cleaning tools, bulbs, step stool and various other things.
