Peach State Laundry is now Happy Nest. I was so excited to find this service and had a great first experience. Unfortunately they lost a sweater on my second pick up and almost 3 weeks later their only response is to keep asking if I've found the sweater I lost.
Not too friendly at all!!!! Customer service is important to me. The establishment is clean however and machines are in good shape . I just feel like they really don’t want me there . Don’t worry-, won’t be back!
I wish I could write a good review for this place, but the owner Mr. Campbell is beyond rude and egotistical and has a short fuse. Ive never felt so degraded and belittled in my entire life! If you want your business do actually succeed and do well, consider reevaluating your attitude and humble yourself Mr. Campbell!! No wonder why this place is slowly dying.
OK, I don’t write reviews as often as I should, but this one I just had to do. I live in Peachtree City, GA. My clothes dryer recently broke, and I do laundry for a family of four. Not good. When searching for a nearby laundry mat, I came across “Peach State Laundry” on Google, which is located in near-by Fayetteville. What a wonderful company!
