I regret ever having this horrible insurance company. They left me with more medical bills than actual coverage. Don't see how they're still in operation honestly. I cancelled my policy with ambetter. Best decision I ever made. Any insurance company would be better than this sorry company.

Ambetter insurance has been an extremely frustrating experience. Customer service feels very scripted and robotic—representatives often repeat the same questions without actually addressing the issue. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone and got nowhere. For the high cost of this insurance, the level of service is disappointing. This company is the worst company in Health Insurance and all of their horrible service etc., seems to be designed so they can keep screwing the government out of money not owed to them. My horror story is I CANCELED THIS INSURANCE YET IT STILL SAYS I HAD A POLICY AND SCREWED UP MY TAX RETURN. i HAVE SPENT 80-100 HOURS TRYING TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT. NO ONE TRIES TO HELP EVEYONE JUST POINTS TO SOMEONE ELSE.
