They short paid my eye surgery follow up appointment and didn’t provide a EOB. I called them and after 15 minutes of entering the required information, the system stated that they were closed and hung up.
The customer service line is great. Every time I called and needed help their members service team were so helpful and professional. Finding an adult dental providers is kind of difficult because most of their in network dental clinics are for child. So far so good and no complaints.
It’s a good health plan would definitely recommend
