This company is the worst company in Health Insurance and all of their horrible service etc., seems to be designed so they can keep screwing the government out of money not owed to them. My horror story is I CANCELED THIS INSURANCE YET IT STILL SAYS I HAD A POLICY AND SCREWED UP MY TAX RETURN. i HAVE SPENT 80-100 HOURS TRYING TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT. NO ONE TRIES TO HELP EVEYONE JUST POINTS TO SOMEONE ELSE.
THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS A DISGRACE DENIED ROOT CANAL EVEN THOUGH DEEMED EMERGENCY WILL BE CHANGING PLANS
Don't have the coverage I was told that I would have. I can't get an American on the phone that actually understands our insurance policies. I'm now stuck paying more money than I would have if I didn't have insurance. I still haven't talked to anyone knowledgeable. I want out. They flat out lied before I signed up and said that my medication was covered and I would have a $50 deductible on medication. Not true. I'm paying $780 for medication.
They short paid my eye surgery follow up appointment and didn’t provide a EOB. I called them and after 15 minutes of entering the required information, the system stated that they were closed and hung up.
