this company came to my restaurants and tested my extinguishers WITHOUT my permission. Then they hit me with an over the top outrageous bill. When speaking with Melissa their customer service rep she fed me all types of BS and attitude. She needs a lesson in customer service and on how to treat others. Needless to say, they are crooks! They were never authorized to check our fire extinguishers. Consumers Be aware!
