We have utilized this company for years with good service but service the last year has been spotty. We pay for 2 trash cans and also do recycling with you guys. This is now the 3rd or 4th time your drivers have taken something out of the trash cans and thrown them in my yard for me to pick up and figure out what to do with… it’s trash. I’m sorry it’s a box longer than the trash can but I’m at a loss for why you would just throw it in my yard?

I have had Peach State for over 5 years now added the recycling a couple years back. The service is good can't complain.

The was picked up on 30 September 2024. The driver who was working in the Deer Creek, broke the wheel on the trash container and when I got his attention, he told me the wheel was already broken (it wasn’t), then he said call for a replacement. I called 30 September, and the greeting from Friday is still on. I hope I get a response. The container number 16003628 is the container the driver broke the wheel on.

Communication to customers is lacking. There have been several price increases recently, and it would be nice if they communicated these changes to customers before they take place. Good trash service otherwise, but this type of oversight doesn't foster much trust.

We were out of town and forgot to get our trash can moved to the street by a friend. Since there was a holiday, July 4th, the trash was picked up a day later on the 5th. The trash person went above and beyond and got our can from beside our house. Completely unexpected, but very well appreciated.
