Update to my review… we come home from vacation today and this is what we find. I’d love to say the wind pushed my cans over but given yalls track record, I’m sure your drivers threw them down. And to add clarity, both of my trash cans were packed full from the holidays BUT both lids would almost close and trash was not overflowing by any means. This is absolutely unacceptable. I reinstated our service this week 12/9/25. Paid the remainder of the month and set up auto pay. I received my receipt. Thursday pick up NEVER HAPPENED the truck drove right past our home at 2:34 pm. ..picked up my neighbor's across the street and next door on both sides. I called them the clerk sent me to music, waited called back she then hung up on me, waited ..called back, she answers to put me on hold again. All in the time frame of 8 am to 8:17 am. I thought about using Peachstate for my new residence. My first contact with Peachcare was customer unfriendly. My second try, their phone system would not ever connect to a person. Endless loop then disconnected. Needless to say, I’ll check with Southern Sanitation and give them a try.
