If I could give them a zero I would. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. They pick and choose when they want to pick up the trash, and yes, we pay our bills on time. Absolutely terrible.

Have had Peachtree since 2022 and recently had an experience which compelled me to terminate their service. Trash was on the curb in the bin with leaf bags (containing soil and grass clippings). Per my security camera video, they picked up the barrel and left the bags. Not only that, when they picked up the barrel, the arm grabbed one of the bags, ripped it open, and the debris was all over the road and curb. They left it and the other leaf bags there.
