I thought about using Peachstate for my new residence. My first contact with Peachcare was customer unfriendly. My second try, their phone system would not ever connect to a person. Endless loop then disconnected. Needless to say, I’ll check with Southern Sanitation and give them a try.
They said driver came by at 8:30 am on pickup day, but he did not pickup our trash or the neighbors. I called next day and Ashley was very rude and said I could cancel and get someone else but she would not fix the problem. Called back and was told it would be done. Hoping to get it resolved.
Peach State is very punctual of picking up my trash and also reasonable! Very reliable Company! The person that runs my route is very friendly!
WORST SERVICE EVER!! Poor customer service and extreme lack of communications. Please save yourself the trouble and use another service. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!
