Avoid any apartments north of the Casitas if you don’t want to deal with loud music from neighbors after midnight, packages being stolen by disgusting neighbors, or the smell of marijuana from neighbors who are drug addicted. If you have to live here, call 911 for midnight noise issues, get a door camera and file police reports whenever they stole your package, and collect the air when they smoke marijuana and file a small court claim. Managers from summit residential are helpless.
I moved my Barber Shop to South Beach and was there for over a year and a half. Alena was always helpful and cared for our needs promptly. Deanna at the office was also quick to help when needed. Mario and his assistant from the maintenance department always took care of the building and landscape maintenance. Everyone was always kind and professional. Will surely miss working with everyone! Had roaches in my apartment and they couldnt care less. 2-3 a night. Even found one on my pillow. The excuse was they cant do anything cos its sewer roaches
Sold me an apt with black mold. One day I woke up unable to breathe I didn’t know what was wrong so I just ran out of the apt. I got bronchitis, had to miss work and pay medical and medicine bills. They wouldn’t take countability and wanted me to pay for the mold test. I gave them notice that I couldn’t live there and moved out because after that day I woke up unable to breathe.
