Peach Properties- a local bully interested in nothing more than stepping all over our community and treating their tenants like garbage.
My parents rented from them as a young child and they refused to fix multiple things in our home, later blaming my family for things that were there before we moved in and never fixed during our time living there. They also refused to install a ceiling fan even when my mom offered to buy it, since this warehouse had only a swamp cooler that didn’t reach the tiny room in the back of the house.
