Jackie is hands down the best personal trainer in the Denver area! With her women-only, customized programs I’ve seen significant progress in not only muscle tone and strength, but in overall conditioning and lifting FORM. Jackie is so knowledgeable and can accommodate injuries (and pregnancy!!), fostering a fun and empowering environment for her clients. Highly recommend!!!
Jackie is heaven-sent. I’ve been seeing her for private workouts for two years now and have seen such a difference in my bod. I am stronger, leaner and more toned than ever before. I just feel good. Peach performance has simple gotten me into the best shape of my life!! Jackie as a fitness coach is fun and effective. I started working out with Jackie over 2 years ago; with the workout programs she develops I have never been more happy with the bodys' appreance and strength.
