I was hesitant to try anyone new since my aesthetician of 12 years is taking some time off. Joy is a joy and 100% knows what she is doing, which was the most important thing to me. She is very welcoming, easy to talk to and definitely would put someone at ease who may be nervous or uncomfortable, etc. about the process.
5 out of 5 would recommend. She is a wonderful person. Definitely coming back again.
