This place is the best! Plump day is my favorite. I feel accomplished and sore after each class. I absolutely love how there are new moves to learn with every session, and that we have our staples so we can continue to build and perfect form.
I was In from out of town and loved popping in for an exercise!!! The facilities super and the smoothies were delicious, I'm holding onto my cup for when I come back! Huge shoutout to Alli at the front desk, she was super friendly and gave me some good tips when I asked!!

Peach Lab is a great workout studio. I love the classes and instructors.
Madison was extremely welcoming upon my arrival. She made me feel at home and excited for the upcoming class. She went through the stations and what would be required at each in a thorough and clear manner, while demonstrating throughout. While at the stations, Madison was encouraging and quick to provide assistance and direction along the way. Madison took time to help me remember the sequence of the tasks and to assist me in working through the routine with proper form. I would absolutely love to return to Peach Lab again.... read more
