Up until today, I would have given this location 5 stars. I’ve been attending classes here on and off since 2024 and regularly use ClassPass due to my work travel schedule. Last Thursday, I booked three classes in advance through ClassPass. Today, I received a notification that two of the three classes were suddenly canceled with no explanation. I absolutely love Peach Lab! Maddy is usually my instructor and a huge reason I keep coming back. She’s motivating, knowledgeable, and really pushes you to your best. The classes are intense in the best way and have truly helped me feel stronger and more confident. I also love that they offer shakes which helps support my protein goals — such a thoughtful touch! I love the peach lab, it’s such a friendly and welcoming environment, it’s a no judging zone and it’s women coming together as a whole to workout. I think that’s the most thing I love about how it’s an all women’s fitness studio. Everybody is so helpful! This is my 3rd week and I’ve never been so motivated to keep coming to workout!
Strange customer service. I’ve tried calling around 6:30pm on a Tuesday; in regards of information to join. They’re hard to get ahold of.. instead of fussing, I’m moving on elsewhere.
