Madison was extremely welcoming upon my arrival. She made me feel at home and excited for the upcoming class. She went through the stations and what would be required at each in a thorough and clear manner, while demonstrating throughout. While at the stations, Madison was encouraging and quick to provide assistance and direction along the way. Madison took time to help me remember the sequence of the tasks and to assist me in working through the routine with proper form. I would absolutely love to return to Peach Lab again.... read more
I have tried a lot of fitness studios… f45, barre, title, red effect, sage pilates, reformer pilates, equinox, lifetime and this is by far the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced… they spoil you w/ goodies and the classes get you results quick. I’m glad I found this gym. All the instructions are too notch
I absolutely love the peach lab Birmingham. The atmosphere is so cute, the moves are effective and the teachers are amazing. I always leave in a good sweat!
I am obsessed with this place and can’t wait to attend more classes. I so appreciate the accessibility of this studio compared to others. You can do a walk-in class, buy a series of classes, or signup for a monthly membership. As opposed to paying hundreds of dollars a month as your only option. Like I have found at similar gyms. The trainers/staff were super welcoming and did a great job keeping the group motivated and upbeat.
