Peach House is the best gym around for women! The instructors provide a supportive environment and welcoming atmosphere. From personal trainings to workout classes, there is something for everyone! I love the Drip too Hard class for an early morning strength training challenge and I love Sculpt Flow for it’s yoga/pilates fusion, especially for the meditation and affirmation at the end. I always leave feeling confident and grateful that I took the time to put myself first. I tell every woman I know to try a class!!
I love the women here. I love that it’s a women-only gym. We all support each other and get to know each other in the supportive atmosphere that Stef and Kelli have created. The classes are also great on top of the personal training. There’s a selection of classes and times that will work for early birds as well as evenings. Come join us for a class!

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! I have the unlimited monthly membership, and it has been one of the best investments I’ve made for myself.
