I'm a regular customer here. Mr. Robert, the owner, is very friendly, as are all the other staff members working for him. However, the lady at the scale room isn't very well-mannered; she never greets us with a good morning, a welcome, or a goodbye. It seems she thinks she's better than the owner. As a suggestion, ma'am, try to provide better customer service, improve your attitude for your own sake, and help customers feel more welcome.
