They go above and beyond. I have a mastiff that does not like men nor other animals and the are very accommodating to get him appointments where we have minimal problems. I might mention my mastiff is a rescue that have at least 2 previous owners and I don't think He was treated right by them. He has a lot of emotional issues that we have over come but not all.
As a former employee, all I have to say is that maybe management should reconsider their actions and how they want to conduct business to "care" for pets and pet owners. There is minimal staff, no communication, phone calls do not get answered, random cancellations/closings, and so much more. There is not even a registered technician working there.
Check medication interactions and be an advocate for your dog....one of the vets missed this and it caused our dog to get serotonin syndrome and she passed within hours.

I cannot give enough praise to the entire staff at Peach Grove Animal Hospital, from Kristie at the front desk to Dr MacArthur. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like family. Each and every one of the staff has genuine concern for your pet and goes out of their way to answer questions and make your pet as comfortable as possible. You can tell that they all truly love what they do and that’s important when you are considering where to take your dog for her care. Highly recommended!!
I can not say enough good things about the entire staff at PGAH. From routine care to end of life care they are amazing. Recently the entire staff helped me bring 10 beautiful puppies into the world via emergency c section. Everyone was willing to stay past closing to do what ever was necessary to bring all puppies into the world safely. Thank you PGAH for all you do!!!❤️
The entire staff is so kind & helpful! They listen to what you have to say and are very empathetic when you have to make tough decisions about your pets. They were very helpful when we had to put our dog down. It was a traumatic experience and they went above and beyond during and after the experience.
I love peach grove!!! Dr Bergman is the best Dr ever!!! Sammi, and Katelynn are Great too!! Everyone at peach grove is great!!
