The care and compassion shown by everyone at this clinic were exceptional. The in-home euthanasia service allowed our dog to pass peacefully in the comfort of home, and everything was handled with such kindness, patience, and dignity. The thoughtful card from the entire team meant so much to us. It's clear that everyone here truly cares about both their patients and the families who love them. We couldn't have asked for a more compassionate experience during such a difficult time.

These people...angels. We were on a trip through BC when my dog could NOT stop soiling himself, called several vets while driving toward Penticton, these wonderful humans said they would see us right away, even though it was their lunch hour and were closed for an hour... I was so grateful...my dog is 14 and becoming quickly dehydrated. They had to deal with quite a mess.
