The owner of this business is a racist. I’ll never forget the slur he used when he came to fix my moms fridge. We admonished him and never hired him again.
Owner (Abe) of this company came in to replace a part on my refrigerator. In less than 8 months when the same part had gone out again I called them back out. This time they sent out a different tech, that's when he told me that whoever had worked on it previously had put the wrong part in… little did he know it was his boss (Abe)!! The OWNER of the company had put a GE part in my LG refrigarator, never telling me what he had done and also charged be for a LG part. Honesty will take you far but lying to your costumer won’t! The owner is also a technician. Extremely polite and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. Was also always available by phone. Quick service, will definitely use them again!
