Disgusting treatment of my 74 year old mother who has Alzheimer's, 5mins late for appointment waited 10 mins for receptionists to finish their meeting in back room then told appointment cancelled because we were late. Receptionist was very rude and totally unhelpful so now my mother hasn't got a doctor's as they don't want to know.

I had a really good experience at my first visit to see my GP. There was a little wait, but the receptionist was kind and courteous. My doctor was brilliant and really listened to the issues I was having and gave great advice - things have been moving very swiftly with next steps in my care. I'm saddened to see so many people have had bad experiences, but I do wonder how much of that is just frustration with the system. Service is slow, every time I come here I wait over 30 mins no matter what doctor I am booked in to see. One time I was the only one in the waiting room. I understand people do have issues that take longer than the 10 mins appointment but this is a regular thing and I can't always get time after work as appointments are not always available.
