I've been experiencing chronic yeast / BV infections for over a year now. Alone I have had 10 of these infections within the past year and I have gone to this Clinic around the same amount of times. The last time I was there I even straight up bald my eyes out in front of the doctor telling them how I've been following every bit of medical advice I've been given. This rating is due to the receptionists at the desk. They are terrible. They canceled one of my appointments without even letting me know or asking me if I wanted it canceled. I had already waited a month for that appointment then I got to wait another month. Now I find out that there's something wrong with me so I call to see if I can talk to someone about what is going to happen in the appointment. They wouldn't not let me talk to anyone. Your ultrasound tech needs to be fired. I can't even begin to describe the horrific experience.
This review is just about the phone line. It's been saying that I've called after hours ALL day and the 24/7 receptionist was totally unhelpful and verbally punished me. Why can't we get through? I just needed to reschedule and the next business day is the day of, so I'll be repremanded for this and it will count against me.
