Your ultrasound tech needs to be fired. I can't even begin to describe the horrific experience.
This review is just about the phone line. It's been saying that I've called after hours ALL day and the 24/7 receptionist was totally unhelpful and verbally punished me. Why can't we get through? I just needed to reschedule and the next business day is the day of, so I'll be repremanded for this and it will count against me.
Terrible customer service.
