Absolutely unnaccaptable service. Very unprofessional staff. Rude attitude. And just negligence. Instead of brining comfort, their visiting nurse created much tension and then just left without even setting up the service. Then nobody showed up neither contacted us in any way. My step dad was just at Peace Health for a week. All the nurses and CNAs were wonderful, except one male charge nurse who bullied my step dad's great grand children, who were there to say goodbye since he was put on hospice during this stay. The charge nurse was very rude, yelled at our family and followed them off the floor to make sure the girls left. Everyone else was wonderful and compassionate. I hope that charge nurse gets fired.

My loved one's oncologist would order liquid drained from her abdomen after 2 liters needed to come out, but hospice wouldn't order it even when over 5+ liters needed to come out (12 pounds of liquid!) and it was making her feel miserable every moment of every single day. They said they wouldn't put in the order for it until it made her short of breath and then the order would take 3-5 days to go through! ... read more
