Great staff! I came to the ER, spent 6 hours getting tests and got discharged. Great service. The only thing the ER lobby was missing was a TV. The one screen they did have was a status board, but nobody could figure out what any of it meant.
Tonight 8/29/25 Front desk at night shift are rude, especially that lady sitting far right window. The hospital is beautiful but they got some rude staff. My husband just there only for changing his foot dressing and bandages because his foot bleeding through and his doctor office are closed over the weekends. He waited since 12am, and finally been called in at 8am. What a terrible customer service and night staff. This peace health ER is not the place to come for emergency. This place is a joke go to the PeaceHealth in Salmon creek way better only came here since it’s a few mins from home but won’t make that mistake again next time !
Two stars for a reason just read the whole thing. I wish I would've gotten the names but I was in the emergency room with my 4 day old baby boy for projectile vomiting not being able to keep any of his feeds down and having no wet diapers. The amazing staff was so quick & attentive because of his age & the issues he was having so they immediately took us back instead of making us wait in the waiting room.
