As a former caregiver for Peace Health in their Emergency Department I must say this ED was atrocious. Inefficient, slow triage times (yet the nurses had plenty of time to congregate and have personal conversations) extremely slow times to imaging (2-3 hours) slow time to wait for the imaging to be read (2-3 hours) all to be fat shamed by a DO (better luck on the MCATS next time). Rude nurse and unprofessional doctor, they tried to kill me, I have heart failure, and heart attack they suppose to do stress test,I stayed 16 hours in emergency room, and they don't know when they gonna do the test, i don't have choice i have leave
The staff was very professional and helpful. My medical problem was resolved in one day. The room even had a TV for entertainment! 5 stars!
Took my 4-year-old son to the St. John’s ER last night for an allergic reaction, and we were so impressed by the care we received. The front desk staff was kind, quick, and compassionate—we were brought to triage right away. Gabriel (I believe that was his name) was wonderful—he asked thoughtful questions, took vitals gently, and coordinated for us to be taken straight back to a room. Dr. Duy Nelson A.
