Took good care of my family.
Nurse in the back was nice but everything else was way too slow. I arrived at 5am and still wasn't taken back and its 710. Literally about to leave and go to portland
This front desk staff is completely unprofessional when you ask for updates the young staff will do nothing to help you to even try to see what the hold up is. They’re gossiping amongst themselves and when asked a question they have no empathy just attitude!!! My grandson came in with an ear infection at 11 pm and it’s 6 am and still has not been seen and I get it priority is first in certain situations but it seems like the staff is here for a paycheck vs wanting to help people. I was taken to the emergency room by ambulance on June 23rd at 11:00am and was treated for a stroke. They were right on top of everything with my treatment and the emergency room staff were attentive and kind to me knowing that I was terrified. The doctor met us at the emergency room door, walking next to my stretcher to explain to me exactly what they needed to do for me as the paramedics were bringing me in. Because of their quick actions and treatment I was able to leave the hospital in 3 days with very little damage done... read more
