The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me through the process. More than I can say for the major suppliers in town.
I brought them my current cpap machine. They failed to obtain the 2006 KPMG record which was and is available and was obtained by someone else, but it is not necessary. Nobody asked me where I bought the current machine. This is important because the machine is self adjusting, it works and it was provided by a vendor that has a LIFETIME Rx on file. I have a complicated sleep disorder and was previously seeing Davon Sevart at the same clinic. Sevart would refer to Komakula for advice, and when a solution to my issues was not found I then started seeing Komakula himself. When I would speak with Komakula explaining my situation he would refer to basic sleep health practices and what I should be doing.
