I came to this hospital because I was actively struggling with suicidal thoughts and the urge to overdose. I admitted myself because I needed safety and support. Instead, I was met with staff who repeatedly misgendered me behind my back, while only pretending to respect me to my face. That is not care—that is cruelty. Wish I could give 0 stars. Had Dr Valencia roll his eyes at me for asking questions regarding my fathers health and responding in such a rude manner. Did not care about anything seemed really rushed and like he did not want to be there.

I was sent by my Dr. To get an MRI on my low back. I sat and waited 3 hours, to only be finally called back. And told by a Dr. you don’t have bad enough symptoms to warrant us using our MRI machine on you. Riverbend Emergency room Dr’s suck as professionals. I’ve never felt so prejudge in my life. I have three different insurances. They still refused me service. Never ever going back there again. I will give this a negative amount of stars if I could.
