im an italian tourist visiting Eugene today and I started to feel unwell and decided to go to er of this hospital: I had an excellent experience at the Emergency Department. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. My daughter waited almost 5 hours to see a doctor.
This emergency room is the worst in Oregon. I had to give it at least one star in order to even write a review. My son thought he was having a heart attack. We arrive there at 10:30 AM and don’t get out of there until 9:30 PM!!! 11 hours!!! That’s more than an employees, entire shift! It was so horrible, there was over 70 people in the waiting room. DO NOT GO HERE!!! , this place isn’t safe to come too, they will let you parish in the lobby. They will not lower your heart rate, unless seen by a doctor, better off at McKenzie. Or knowing someone with medical knowledge. (This place isn’t safe mostly one star reviews. This place needs a revaluation , on medical practice. Scary when the people that are supposed to help cannot. (Don’t know how) front desk people not trained in medicine.
You'll probably see a doctor sooner if you drive to Seattle.
