Was waiting in the waiting room over 4 hrs while I watch people go ahead of me while I sat there and cried my blood pressure super high from the pain. Mind you the place was not full at all! And watched people go in and out for 4 hrs while I was left attended. What happened to this hospital? I felt the staff was indifferent and didn't care and very rude, especially to the homeless.I also witness the security guards mistreat the homeless, looking at them with disgust on there face.
