A deeply disappointing experience that raises serious concerns about accountability and transparency. Despite confirming that I was in-network, PeaceHealth Neurology allowed me to schedule and attend an appointment, only to cancel the provider’s orders shortly afterward. Billing department at Peacehealth is horrible. They don't communicate with insurance and I have spent many hours getting nowhere with billing. They wont send notes or detailed summary of updates from insurance. They are overcharging a bill from 2 years ago, when my insurance says I owe a totally different, and much lower, amount. I've made detailed notes from both, and they still want me to pay way over what I actually owe, and their only offer is to use financial assistance. My PT here was excellent and very helpful to me. My therapist was attentive and professional, but also just a nice person.

Dr. Anne Hamburg is phenomenal, She truly takes the time to listen and figure out what is going on with you, she cares!! I can’t speak highly enough about her!
