Cancelled my physical for school last minute and did nothing to help me get rescheduled in the time frame I needed even though it was them cancelling my appointment due to a glitch in their system.

Our children had been long time patients of Dr Rinker. Once she moved to this location we have only experienced bad care and service. The office staff is neglectful. They would not schedule our infant’s regular well child checks on time, even skipping milestone months that she should have been seen and received vital immunizations. Don’t come here unless you want to be seen by a doctor an hour to two hours after your appointment time. I’ve only seen Dr. Kim once for a new patient visit that was supposed to be 40 minutes. She showed up an hour late and spent all but 10 minutes with me and didn’t want to address all of the issues I had due to limited time. I scheduled a follow up that day with her office for their soonest time of two months later, thinking that day was a fluke and hoping I would get my concerns addressed at another appointment.
