Dr. Silvetti once again exceed my expectations. He answered my questions, was a clear communicator, listened well and I left feeling grateful to have him as my physician. I was also treated with a welcoming attitude from his nurse, Carmen.
I'm going to give a huge shout out to Carmen, mine and my wife's medical assistant who was extremely thorough, compassionate, an extremely personable. They have been lucky to have her over the last 7 years!
Fast, easy and super friendly will definitely be making the 35 min drive north to see them again!
If I could give zero stars, I would. They were completely out of depth. Ignored my medical history/issues. Placated me as if my concerns based on actual fact were senseless. I was very high risk and they were out of depth and instead of referring me, they treated me like I had nothing to worry about. Missed a critical exam that was even noted on my chart. It’s not over and I will make sure they are held accountable.
Worst place to get “care” for your OB/gyn needs in Bellingham. I have never felt less listened to, or made to feel more stupid in my entire life. I will never return or ask for their “advice” with anything whatsoever. Hopefully this review helps you decide to never seek care with Peacehealth in general. If I could give a 0 star review I would.
