My wife is 40 weeks pregnant, and every other doctor we’ve seen here has been great, however Dr. Brigitte Mast-Drolet’s conduct was so inappropriate and so egregious, I would be remiss if I didn’t warn other expecting parents. I have never encountered such condescending, cruel behavior from a medical professional. Was 3 minutes late past my allotted appointment time, and the provider refused to see me because I was too late. I had even called ahead of time to inform them I might be a couple minutes late because there was a fatality accident on Lakeway drive. Absolutely no tolerance, no understanding, no patience.
I have had 3 births with the Peacehealth midwives and all 3 have been wonderful experiences. I had seen OB’s in my previous 2 pregnancies and though they were knowledgeable there were many conversations where my concerns were dismissed or even belittled. This was extremely disheartening since I was deemed high risk on my 2nd pregnancy due to my first baby coming prematurely at 32 weeks gestation. 5 stars for Althea and her MA Brenda ! They made my experience so much smoother and follow up with this was great to, answered all my questions and gave me great treatment as a patient!
Dr. Silvetti once again exceed my expectations. He answered my questions, was a clear communicator, listened well and I left feeling grateful to have him as my physician. I was also treated with a welcoming attitude from his nurse, Carmen.
