This office recommended doing my glucose test through their office in order to use PeaceHealth labs instead of Quest. The catch is that you cannot make appointments ahead of time, only walk-ins. So what happens when I show up at 8:30 am? There is a sign saying the lab is closed for the day and try again tomorrow. Ridiculous that appoints cannot be made and the only way to check if the “lab” is open is to call through the never ending phone tree. They were very caring and thorough. I felt very comfortable with them.
My wife is 40 weeks pregnant, and every other doctor we’ve seen here has been great, however Dr. Brigitte Mast-Drolet’s conduct was so inappropriate and so egregious, I would be remiss if I didn’t warn other expecting parents. I have never encountered such condescending, cruel behavior from a medical professional. My wife has been very sick for over a week, and came prepared with reasonable questions about how to properly care for an illness at this stage of pregnancy (and to ensure the safety of the baby). Was 3 minutes late past my allotted appointment time, and the provider refused to see me because I was too late. I had even called ahead of time to inform them I might be a couple minutes late because there was a fatality accident on Lakeway drive. Absolutely no tolerance, no understanding, no patience.
