Was referred here by my primary for radiation neuropathy. The initial appointment was fine. And MRI was ordered for a closer look. After 4 attempts at getting information from my neurologist over a course of 3 months, my oncologist ordered the MRI and it was shared to my neurologist. Almost a YEAR ago. I haven't heard anything from them since my initial appointment. I wouldn't go back there now unless it was a dire emergency and I just happened to be in Vancouver
Dr. Becker in Neurology is the best. She's one of the first doctors to consistently take my concerns seriously, educate me, offer potential solutions, and not make me feel like I'm going crazy.
Nowhere is perfect. There's a lot of good and not so good with any hospital. This one is clean on the inside for the most part for being an older building. The outside could use a serious refresh though! It can be quite the maze to find your way around so be sure you give yourself extra time for any initial visits. As far as the sleep center goes, the staff are friendly yet professional. Dr. Lockwood and team are efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Dr. Jennifer Lockwood and staff are changing lives. There is no better way to say it. All my visits were always on time and the whole staff I dealt with were always kind, friendly, and professional. She took the time to explain everything and helped get me back to 100%. Thank you so much for such great help and support fixing my problem.
