I saw Dr Wadhawan here for a little over a year, just awful. She is disrespectful and belittling when talking to you. Had to request my medical records multiple times to get it. I had an office person call and literally yell at me on the phone because I had inquired about medical equipment the day before and apparently I was supposed to call somewhere else. I'm becoming more and more disappointed in the care of Peacehealth. I needed surgery for Endometriosis. Riverbend denied me because I needed an ICU bed because I have advanced lung disease. I was sent to OHSU. I spent over a year waiting for surgery. I had multiple cysts rupture during this time. My primary care doctor insisted my pain was not that great and if a cyst ruptured, "you'd know it." I have pictures from my surgery confirming the ruptures. I called them at 4:32, got transferred to the doctor’s nurse, was placed on hold for almost 50 minutes, the line rang once and then I was hung up on. I called back and talked to an after hours person and he couldn’t help me. He couldn’t schedule an appointment, he couldn’t request for me to get a call back in the morning, he couldn’t do anything in the medical file, absolutely nothing. Definitely going to be making a complaint tomorrow.
