The person that does epidurals needs to be fired they had a whole attitude when I was in labor and kept sighing and acting like they were annoyed it was a man with dark hair and he used to work at McKenzie Willamette medical just his whole attitude while I’m literally pushing out a baby was horrible made the experience more traumatic and scarier than it already was 0/10 everyone else here is perfect and did their job perfectly fine with no problem
I got there via ambulance for spinal issues. It was so bad I was going into fits of tears, couldn't walk, lay, or sit. The only time someone helped me from chair to chair was when I asked the imaging specialist, which was very kind. The only reason i'm giving this place 2 stars is because my nurse and doctor were actually kind and compassionate. Just like the rest of the reviews, dirty and understaffed. I couldn't breathe without pain, still can't. The first doctor that came to the gurney obviously didn't care, offered me ty... read more
Nursing staff was wonderful and kind. However the janitorial needs to all be FIRED!!!! Dust and filth everywhere! Watched janitor walk over the same piece of trash 4 times while pulling a trash can! Every shiny surface was streaked horribly. Walked past the same coffee cup left in waiting are 5 times in 24 hours... how are you supposed to keep patients clean and safe when you cannot clean your building!!!!

Was just in for a cervical spine fusion and disc removal. My care team was absolutely fantastic. However, the communication with my family and waiting was atrocious. I was in recovery for five hours waiting for a room. Why would you cut me open and have no place to put me Everything I saw in there was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned clearly in months. I felt like I was gonna get staff just walking in there.
