Excellent customer service and medical care. Samples are sent out quickly and results provided to the patient within a few days. Always a good experience.
They're very nice and fast but the Dr. I saw completely misdiagnosed me. Not one of my symptoms were a symptom of what he said he "thought" I had. Also the symptoms of what he thought I had are none of the symptoms I have. Ridiculous.
