Stay away if you have VA coverage. They never know the process for VA referrals. Telling me they don't know what providers are in network, when they don't even need to pick providers, community care does that. This is the second time I've had this exact issue. I provided the # to community care authorization line per the advice of community care who stated "they need to send us a request for a new auth" and asked me to have peace health call them to confirm their process if they have questions.
