This is a great neurology clinic. I was taken care of very well. After reading the some of the reviews, many people are frustrated with the lack of or delay in scheduling etc. There is a huge shortage of neurologists right now. I was with Skagit Regional and my appointments kept getting cancelled or pushed further out because the neurologists I was scheduled to see, quit. Literally some of the worst care I've ever received in my life. Dismissive, inconsiderate, did not listen, and offensive
They Lack of courtesy and validation of needs. Staff made me feel unwelcome. Staff rudely stated they were with another patient without ensuring me that I would be provided care. They were impolite and extremely rude, perhaps suspend their license and recommend them training for professionalism!
Waste of money. Neurologist did no tests whatsoever (didn’t even check reflexes, etc) Just told me a bunch of stuff I already knew from google
