KP sent 3 requests to refill a critical med that they didn't respond to. When I called, they said they got the requests because my PCP wanted a drug test. But they never told me. So now I'm about to run out and they still won't refill it be of "protocol". This is the second time this has happened. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm switching providers.
Very underwhelming, pre 90's style clinic. From their limited bankers hours and availability to the overal health care philosophy. The staff is all very friendly but that's about where it ends for me. If you're into the..
