I am so blesssed that I get care here. I have a great care team that I know is for me. They truly care about their patients and it’s very evident.
I've been coming to PeaceHealth Burlington for about 3 years now and cannot say one bad word about the level of excellence, patience, kindness that I have received from this clinic. Dr. Michael Maiden is an excellent doctor as well as kind, is generous with information and all around great bedside manner-kind-of-doctor. He understands what is said, responds with intelligent answers in an easy to understand kinda way. Highly recommended.
Call hold times can and often do exceed 1 and even 2 hours!!! Been waiting for them to fill a prescription going on 7 days and still it’s not done! Even as I write this review I’m on hold and it’s been over 1 hour and 32 minutes and counting
Really bad phone experience with Denise. Super rude and very short with me for no reason. I ended up hanging up on her as she was so shockingly rude. Treated me like I was wasting her time. I don’t know if that is Peacehealth or if she specifically works at this clinic. Love my doctor though!
