Very underwhelming, pre 90's style clinic. From their limited bankers hours and availability to the overal health care philosophy. The staff is all very friendly but that's about where it ends for me. If you're into the.. "red meat, salt and fat is bad for you...here take this pill".. line of dated rhetoric then this is your place. Walked in exactly 9 minutes late because I got stuck behind a train, (if you live in the area you know what an unavoidable and usual occurrence this is) and was told we couldn’t be seen because we were late. When I asked how late is the cutoff she said more than 10 minutes late. I explained when we walked in we were 9 minutes late, but because she had gotten up and walked away in the middle of checking us in, by the time she came back to finish the job it was more than 10. Have had no luck with these guys unfortunately one doctor told me that mental health issues are not real things including complex post traumatic stress disorder. I started going to maiden which was a drastic improvement but getting an appointment with him as a pcp is extremely rough so if I have an unexpected sickness or cold he’s 3 months out which is not very useful. A lot of the staff are rude on the phone but seem polite in person.
