I had an appointment today, on my way there I was called and told I apparently had an appointment for earlier, for a total of three appointments today, although I only ever was called to make one appointment. She verified I did in fact have an appointment for 4pm, but said I should have had two today, prior to this one. They declined to see me today, and the only other slot they could offer I am scheduled to work, and there’s not enough notice for me to miss work.
