Staff were friendly and caring.
Lab people have missed vein 2 times a number of times causing reschedule including Hospital review next day. I changed to your third lab and the lab tech got it first stick and little bruising. Hope going there next visit has the same success.
Very poor customer service, actually no real service at all. I was there just to drop off a specimen and I had to wait 45 minutes. No persons to talk to, only a room with a door and then 2 kiosks.
