I would have gave them 5 stars but I went in expecting to see one doctor and it was till I showed up that I was told who was seeing me which ended up working out. Great Doctor, I feel like they are all on-top of everything from MA’s to receptionists like calling back promptly and what not.
My husband has been to this Doctor multiple times and have had a positive experience every time.
They scheduled me for the wrong time, therefore I needed to reschedule because the doctor had left. Didn't give me any suite numbers, just told me 3rd floor and left me wandering. There are many clinics on the 3rd floor. The referral was not for what I needed and there was no communication at the time of scheduling. I am high risk for Covid and do not leave ,unless it's absolutely necessary especially to offices let alone hospitals, and this appointment put me at risk. Go anywhere else if you can. They are a mess.
