Should be zero stars. Three weeks ago our neurologist ordered a procedure. We still have not received an appointment to do this! His diagnosis is early and needs to have this done to confirm it and get the proper care. 🙁

When they get a referral, a recording calls with automated to request you to call a number. They need to warn that you need to get something to write it down. Or an option to transfer you. Then you call the number and you sit on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. So definitely not able to be done on your lunch break. This is my third experience in the last year with this and each time is getting worst and worst on the hold time. Twice- this office cancelled on my elderly father while he was in office. We have to drive about 2 hours one way to get to this office. First time was an issue with the machine which is forgivable but the second time there was no reason. When we asked the front desk for support they said they can’t help because they “don’t have time”. Overall I can’t understand how you can confirm an appointment and then day of while your patient is sitting in the office then you inform them the appointment is canceled.
