Dr. Higgins is a class act. Very warm & professional.
So far, a horrible experience. Saw a doctor a month ago regarding surgery. Finally had a scan 2nd week of June, was told in May someone would be reaching out about my results. Waited a week and had heard nothing, so far, I've been told 3 times someone would call back with results or something. No call backs. Today was business day 5 of calling to schedule, only to be told that someone would have to call back to do it. No call backs again today.
