Folks behind the counter have been so kind and helpful. My favorite doctor treated me so well.
I was told by the call center I didn't need an appointment. Drove 30 minutes and the rude woman at the reception desk would not let us be seen and said an appointment was required for urgent care. They have no idea what they are doing. Wasted an hour of my time.
At least its clean..
They charge you for services they don't provide!!! And when you try to call through to billing they hang the phone up I urge you to seek health care elsewhere they will steal from you
Unorganized and unprofessional. They only listen to half of what you say and draw their conclusions/diagnosis before you've finished speaking. Go get actual help from somewhere else.
