Everyone one working there was very courteous, and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half, for am abscess on my bacjk.
I wanted to share a recent experience I had while trying to schedule a biometric appointment for work, which has left me quite frustrated. Initially, I visited your clinic, where I've previously gone for other services, only to find out that you only handle school physicals. Sarah kindly redirected me to your sister clinic in Cordata. After making an appointment through my Peace Health portal I was able to be seen rather quickly. After seeing the doctor I was referred for a CT. Within a couple of hours the doctor called with my results and called in a prescription. I am very satisfied with my care at this clinic.
Josh Coates was HORRIBLE at Squalicum Pkwy urgent care. He was the most condescending, rude, abrasive and provider I’ve ever seen. He couldn’t even write my birthday correctly which I found ironic given that he treated me has like I was way beneath him (and I have a doctorate myself….) He wrote on my paperwork that I was born in 2019 but was 86 years old ha. Neither are true. He should not be allowed to be in this profession.
Dr Samantha Shuko was wonderful with treating me. She took her time, listened to me, and made same day referrals. Even made a referral to a specialist if i “need it”. The nurses were so kind and came by my room to check in on me and give me water/snacks. I was not rushed, even though the wait times were long. I felt cared for and comfortable here. the wait time was pretty long, but they can’t help that! They have amazing staff here.
