Just had a extremely rude secretary, who told me I was unable to be seen today and that she could not help you what so ever, and was extremely rude and used very unprofessional language to me on the phone.
They have always been great with my daughter. I have no complaints.. Always explain stuff very well and very nice.
Absolutely horrible trying to get ahold of anyone in this building. Anytime I try to call, nobody answers and when they do finally answer they hang up the phone immediately even though I’ve been on hold forever. They literally purposely hang up so they don’t have to take your call. I shouldn’t have to drive over there and walk into the building just to schedule an appointment.
I take my whole family here. They are very professional and polite. The doctors are absolutely wonderful. Thankful to have such a great team to help us when needed. Doctor Huntley is amazing with all ages and so very caring.
