This place is horrible they have ignored extreme symptoms for over 6 months 2 weeks two providers. Alexsandra attempted to bully me and tell Me I don’t get to tell her what to do. 3 drs have told Me my symptoms are related to my tsh levels, I have no thyroid due to cancer. This drs response was to kick me out of the clinic! Great care. I’ll be calling the medical board

I set up an appointment four months in advance. The day before it was supposed to happen they called and cancelled. They said that they could get me in two months from now. Due to the serious nature of the need for their services I made it clear that this would not work and I would need to have something scheduled within the next week. Apparently that “is not possible”. I’ve had good experiences in person. My complaint is that they keep putting in the orders for me blood tests as three separate orders, meaning I have to have 3 times the blood drawn. I get blood tests monthly and am pregnant, so this feels like an important issue given how precious my blood is right now. I’ve spoken with the doctor about this in person and was assured it would be fixed. I’ve also spoken with them in the phone (medical assistant?) and was told they could at least be combined to two orders. Still they continue... read more
Horrible first experience hour passed scheduled appointment and still waiting in the room. I understand doctors are busy but its a scheduled appointment for a reason.
