Dr. Pologe was incredibly thorough, efficient and considerate for my well being and personal needs. I went in there feeling like I might die from the pain I was having and left feeling assured I will be okay with the resources and education i received from having going to this hospital. Everyone there was very kind and considerate especially Grace. %100 deserves that daisy award! The X-ray tech even brought a fresh, clean and warm blanket, which helped significantly. I’ve been to a few of the other urgent cares in the area. But the service here was amazing and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I 100% will be returning here next time i am sick.
Horrible. Empty waiting room and bed rooms at 3 am and a nurse said she wasn't going to "let me monopolize a hospital bed" when I asked to stay for 10 minutes longer. I was still dizzy. Come to find out, i'm severely malnutritioned. Go figure. Go somewhere else. These people don't care about you and won't listen to you.
